Isha Health provides managed services to an independent provider group, Isha Health California, P.C. ("Medical Group"). Isha Health is not a provider group itself, has no ownership interest in the Medical Group, does not have control over the policies or practices of the Clinic and is not responsible for the quality of care provided by the Medical Group. The Medical Group have their own separate "Notice of Privacy Practices", which can be found on the Site and App.Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand Isha Health’s policies and practices regarding your information and how we use it. At Isha Health, we are committed to advancing the field of mental health care through ongoing research. As part of our efforts, we may use de-identified patient data to conduct research studies aimed at improving treatment outcomes and developing new therapeutic approaches. De-identified data means that all personal identifiers, such as your name, contact information, and any other details that could be used to identify you, are removed before the data is used for research purposes. This practice ensures that your privacy is protected while allowing us to contribute to the broader understanding of mental health conditions and treatment effectiveness. All research activities using de-identified data comply with the strictest state-level and federal regulations in the United States, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
To enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our services, Isha Health may use artificial intelligence (AI) technologies for charting and data management. AI may assist our clinicians by organizing, summarizing, and analyzing patient information to support informed decision-making. While AI is used to optimize the charting process, all decisions about your care are made by our experienced clinicians, who review and confirm any AI-generated content. We prioritize your privacy and security in all our operations, ensuring that the use of AI tools complies with all applicable state and federal laws, including HIPAA. Any data used in conjunction with AI technologies is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and care.
Our Site and App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or other resources not operated by us.
