Together we will dive deep and engage in a playful, courageous, and meaningful exploration of all your experiences, and all parts of yourself. In a collaborative process we will make sense of any challenges or roadblocks that might hold you back from feeling completely authentic or fulfilled; and weave in and integrate your experiences across states of consciousness to allow you to feel whole in your understanding and expression of yourself in all areas of life.

The private practice, Blue Lotus Psychological Services, was founded by Dr. Yana Lechtman.
