I approach this work from a perspective of healing from lived trauma and do not pathologize clients for the impact trauma has had on their life. I focus my work on the whole person and recognize that clients are the experts in their own lives.

Tanya works with clients of different backgrounds and identities. Tanya’s practice specializes in complex trauma, early childhood trauma, neurodivergence, LBGTQ and Gender Identity, chronic health issues and an intersection of all of the above.
