About

As a Counselor, Coach and Ayurvedic Consultant I approach the therapeutic process from a holistic view point. I believe that the integration of the body, mind and spirit is an essential expression of personal health. Many of today’s Mental, Physical and Social Illnesses stem from a lack of integration-disintegration, resulting in persons dissociated from themselves, the community and the environment. My focus is on the whole person, with special emphasis on how the mind is connected directly to the body and how a person thinks, feels and acts. Emphasis will be on wellness, with symptoms seen as calls to self-realization. I specialize in treating Anxiety Spectrum disorders like: Panic Attacks, PTSD, OCD, Social anxiety, Phobias, IBS, Stress management and Worry, Depressive disorders like: Mania, Bipolar disorder, Post-partum depression, and treatment resistant Depression; Sleep disorders like Insomnia and sleep/wake disorders I use psychedelic assisted psychotherapy, IFS, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance, integrated and Mindfulness as treatment modalities. I take a holistic approach integrating the body, mind and spirit with consideration to social, cultural and lifestyle interactions as well as hereditary, genetic influences, belief systems, values and personal goals of each individual. I teach mindfulness relaxation breathing and meditation techniques for reducing Anxiety, Stress and alleviate depression. I use psychedelics and take clients on a journey to tap into their self and help move through imbalances in the mind.
