Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. You've built something impressive. And yet, here you are, asking questions that success alone can't answer. Questions about meaning, identity, and what the next chapter is really supposed to look like. That kind of courage, the willingness to look inward when the outer life looks fine, is where real transformation begins. If something in you is ready to move beyond the surface and into more honest, aligned ground, you're in the right place. I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
Savannah Miller, LCSW, is the founder of Heart Alchemy Institute in Carlsbad, California, offering integrative psychotherapy, breathwork, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy to leaders, executives, and accomplished professionals navigating pivotal life transitions. She brings over 20 years of clinical experience and holds a PRATI certification in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. Earlier in her career, Savannah served as Senior Manager of Therapy Services at Headspace, where she oversaw a nationwide network of more than 200 therapists and developed a clinician wellbeing program that reduced burnout symptoms by 33%. She currently works privately with individuals, including leaders from Fortune 500 companies, seeking greater clarity, integration, and meaning alongside the demands of high responsibility. Savannah is licensed in California and practices in-person in North County San Diego and remotely in Washington State.

Savannah's approach is trauma-informed and deeply integrative, weaving together somatic therapy, IFS-informed parts work, mindfulness, depth psychology, and applied neuroscience. She works with the whole person: their history, their nervous system, their meaning-making, rather than symptoms in isolation. For clients pursuing Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, she provides thorough preparation, session support, and integration work designed to help insights take root as lasting change. She holds equal clinical rigor and reverence for non-ordinary states, whether they arise through KAP, psychedelic-assisted therapy, endurance athletics, or near-death experiences. At the heart of her work is a core belief: transformation is not about fixing what is broken. It is about remembering and reconnecting with your truest essence which always been whole.

Psychotherapy: $250 l KAP: $350 l KAP Medicine Session: $1000
My practice is private pay. Individual psychotherapy sessions are $250 and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy sessions are $350. I hold a small number of sliding scale spots for clients who are a strong clinical fit and for whom cost is a genuine barrier. I am happy to discuss this during an initial consultation.
