Are you ready for big change? Sometimes we come to a point where we feel like we’ve hit a wall. Maybe you’ve been doing therapy for years, but you still feel like something needs to break through. Or maybe you feel like you know what you need to do in your head, but it's not clicking in your heart and body. If this feels like where you’re finding yourself, I can help. Being a sensitive person in this world can be tough. I want to help you find your power, connect to your intuition, and step into embracing yourself exactly as you are.

Robin specializes in EMDR, Internal Family Systems therapy, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. She particularly enjoys integrating these three modalities, and works with an intensives model, in which clients undergo an EMDR intensive session approximately once every 6 weeks. She practices virtual therapy for weekly and biweekly sessions, and meets in-person for intensives.

EMDR, IFS, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy work extremely well together because all of these approaches take advantage of neuroplasticity to access deeply stored beliefs and subconscious memories in order to reroute neural pathways and create new neural network to facilitate profound change.
$190/hour
One-hour individual psychotherapy integration sessions are billable through insurance. Ketamine dosing sessions are not billable through insurance, and are typically 2 hours in length, billed hourly. Both a ketamine dosing session and an individual one-hour psychotherapy session can be done within one day.
