I approach therapy with the intention of being effective while being my genuine self. I’m engaged and interactive in sessions, so that we’re having a conversation that feels comfortable and productive. I approach ketamine-assisted psychotherapy with open-heartedness, welcoming all experiences with curiously and support when needed. Preparation sessions include practices to build safety, trust, and identify an intention. The medicine session will occur in a comfortable office environment where I will ensure you feel safe and supported. Integration sessions will assist you in making meaning out of your experience and include planning around changes you wish to make to enhance your wellbeing.

I'm a part of a boutique psychotherapy group practice based in the heart of NY City. We combine evidence-based treatments, human connection and a relaxed environment to offer inclusive and personalized care. We offer community care through therapeutic services for teens (14+) and adults, as well as corporate wellness programming and onsite mental health support.
