I love supporting those who are navigating chronic mood disorders including bipolar disorder, complex trauma from relationship wounds, and destabilizing life transitions that require deeper identity formation. As I’ve learned through my own mental health journey, you don’t have to push through in solitude or try to heal alone. In our sessions we trust in our inner healing wisdom, through honoring your intuition about what to focus deeper on, and my intuition about what aligns with your needs - whether to sit with grief, metabolize the anger, say the unsaid thing to feel its weight, or to notice how it no longer holds power. I pull from somatic grounding and self-compassion practices, values-focused goal-setting, mindset approaches, psychology research, book recommendations, and established strategies from ACT, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Jungian depth psychology. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Therapy and harm reduction support for integrating psychedelic experiences. My hope for your therapy, beyond coming away with tools for facing specific challenges, is to get to know your innate curiosity, creativity, and immense inner courage. Reconnecting with these strengths will help ground you regardless of what life throws your way.
I'm a Taiwanese American therapist specializing in mood disorders, trauma, and depth-oriented approaches to self-understanding and finding greater meaning. I support clients in healing from attachment wounds, uncovering unconscious patterns, and cultivating a more integrated, values-driven life. Sessions with me are grounded in exploration and authenticity, moving at your unique pace while drawing out connections between present-day struggles and deeper patterns. I bring warmth, steadiness, and a lived understanding of what flourishing can look like through the committed work of therapy. I'm trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and am passionate about the transformative potential of non-ordinary states of consciousness in healing and self-discovery.
