We'll build a sense of safety to go deep in your journeys; ultimately working together to translate the meaning and integrate the combined wisdom of self and medicine into the broader picture of your life.

I enjoy working with a broad range of humans with various strengths and challenges. Trained in Existential Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, I work with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, spiritual/identity exploration, and psychedelic integration. I particularly connect with open-minded humans with a creative, artistic, or athletic side, who are on a journey of self-discovery and growth. If you want to co-create a version of therapy that makes sense for you, I'm ready to go down that path together.
