About

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals, couples, and families to explore their emotions, thoughts, and patterns of behavior. My approach combines various therapeutic modalities, including mindfulness, somatic therapy, and psychedelic integration. My background in Integral Counseling Psychology, with a specialization in psychedelic therapy, allows me to bring a unique perspective to my practice. ​ My training in EMDR allows me to work as a somatic trauma specialist, helping clients heal from past traumas that may be affecting their current well-being. ​
