About

I have a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate their mental health journeys. My primary strength as a therapist is connecting with my clients and helping them understand the feelings and thoughts behind their beliefs and actions, and then helping them learn to love themselves. My primary therapeutic approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). I have an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and an MBA. I served in senior management positions for small companies for 25 years before becoming a counselor. My life experience informs my work as a therapist.
