Hola, I am a queer Latine/Chicana mother, writer, psychotherapist and sacred arts coach. I support folks in deepening their connection to the body, soul, and greater powers through imagination, intuition, mindful body awareness, non-dogmatic prayer, and dreamwork. My private practice is based on Nisenan land, Sacramento, CA with in-person and virtual services. I am an alum of Pacifica Graduate Institute with over 14 years as a clinician in the field of depth psychology, versed in Jungian and Imaginal traditions supporting soul care, dreamwork and the archetypal imagination. I have extensively trained and organized trainings in the Hakomi Method, to support embodied consciousness development and trauma resolution with somatic mindfulness I am a ritualist and Ancestral Lineage Healing practitioner, bringing healing to the soul of the family. I am rooted in animist cosmology and earth-honoring values, as I actively participate in the decolonizing movement, reclaiming my healing traditions from Mexico and beyond (lineages detribalized Caxcan/Spanish colonial). I am an initiated medicine keeper within Snake Clan and a priestess with 8 years of sacred arts training. I bridge the spiritwork with kindness, reverence, compassion and ritual safety. I offer Ketamine Journeys within this potent guardianship, grace and protection. I am honored to be trusted in leading hearts to their liberation, sacred purpose, and receive their inherited blessings and gifts to take their place the great ecology of being.
