Welcome

Healing rarely happens in a straight line — and you don't have to navigate it alone. Based in Seattle, I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) woven together with evidence-based approaches like EMDR, IFS, and ACT, so your care can meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're drawn to a full KAP journey including prep, medicine, and integration sessions, or you're seeking an EMDR intensive for accelerated healing in a shorter time frame, I'll work with you to find the path that fits your life.

About

My own healing journey led me to specialize in approaches that go beyond what traditional therapy alone can offer. That experience — of knowing something more was possible — is what drives me to stay at the forefront of innovative, evidence-based care. With a background rooted in both private practice and community mental health, I've worked alongside people from all walks of life, many of whom had tried conventional treatments without finding lasting relief. That work deepened my commitment to expanding what's available to my clients.

Treatment Approach

Healing isn't one-size-fits-all, and neither is my approach. I work collaboratively with each client to identify which combination of evidence-based therapies best fits their history, nervous system, and goals. For many clients, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) opens doors that other treatments haven't — creating a window of neurological and emotional openness that, when supported by skilled therapeutic work, can lead to meaningful and lasting change. I offer the complete KAP experience: preparation, medicine, and integration. I weave in EMDR to gently reprocess trauma held in the body and memory; IFS to help clients build a compassionate relationship with all parts of themselves; and ACT to cultivate the resilience and clarity needed to move forward. When a client is ready to go deeper in a shorter time frame, EMDR intensives offer a powerful, concentrated path to relief. Together, these approaches create a treatment experience that is both evidence-based and deeply personal.
