It can be hard, figuring out for yourself, who the you beneath it all, really is. My task, is to help support your journey of getting back to who you really want to be, beyond the stories other people have told you about who you can be, and who you are. We will find the you beneath it all again, and when you are ready, you will arrive.

About

I welcome the “messiness” within us all, and the complexities therein of each of our unique experiences. We are starting together from scratch, disentangling you from narratives that no longer apply, and recapturing together, the essence of who you want to be. The work we will do together will be co-created and collaborative. It will combine the practical and the abstract. It isn’t easy work, but it is work, nonetheless, worth doing. I work with a variety of demographics and backgrounds, group and families, those who are caught at the threshold of transformation. As Black woman from the South, I have a particular way of helping you face the sun, courageously meeting, with ever-surer steps, your own chosen path from here—to there. I specialize in helping those caught in deep-rooted stories controlled by eating disorders, addictions, women’s issues, terminal illness, and spiritual emergence—but welcome all who are ready to take back the pen, and re-write their own stories, in their own words. When you are ready, you will arrive.
