About

I’m a New York State Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist (LMHC) specializing in complex trauma. I have extensive experience working with survivors of narcissistic abuse, sexual and relational trauma, as well as individuals navigating borderline personality dynamics, dissociative states, or disorders. I also enjoy working with high-functioning individuals navigating stress-related issues, life transitions or self actualization goals. My approach is integrative and includes EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT, somatic therapies, and breathwork to help clients move beyond symptom management toward deep and lasting change. For the past five years I’ve also been integrating Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy into my work. Together with other cutting-edge modalities, this approach has helped clients address the root cause of their symptoms and achieve meaningful, long-term results.
